Here are some pictures I took the other day when we were running the sawmill!
The mill
The mill head. This is the part where the water is diverted from the creek and it travels to the mill to supply it with water.
The water starts gushing out and propells the wheel when you pull a lever that opens up a door in a tank the is full of water that has been diverted. Confused?

The blade slices through the wood in an up and down motion.
Our mill does not have the water power to saw very fast. It can do about a foot a minute at best.
